LIFE IS A CHANGE

Change.

A word that often intimidates. It means going out of the existing and well-known into something new and different. Stepping into the unknown. That journey also carries a wave of new emotions. It often binds to fear and gradually accepting things and new situations. And at first it can be very difficult. Hardly anyone likes to get out of the comfort zone and that is understandable. But the change is happening, believing or not. It's happening right now.

You are already in the process of change. And you will always be.

When you try to remember your life 5 or 10 years ago, what do you see?

What kind of a person were you before?

What did you like to do? To hang out with?

What were your attitudes and beliefs?

Try to remember.

What was important then? Who were you then?

After you've made it clear...do you think you are the same person today?

So what do you think happened?

What happened between ''you'' 10 years ago and ''you'' today?

When you add time and experience, you get a change. That happened.

No, you are not the same person as 10 years ago. Today you may not associate with the same people as before. Your best friend may not be the one who was 10 years ago. It's possible that today's term "best friend" has a different meaning for you than before. You may also changed the working environment or got out of a long relationship or marriage. Perhaps you were affected by the departure of a close relative or a family member. It is possible that some of you have been very disturbed by some things, and today, when you remember it, you just laugh. I believe that now you aspire to different goals than several years ago.

Those are the changes I'm talking about. And you survived a lot and pulled out the best of everything. And if someone told you 10 years ago, that big changes are waiting for you, it's possible that you would feel fear. In the end it turns out that actually there was no place for fear. Because today you are richer and wiser for the changes that have taken place. For the life you have been living and doing.

And what will happen in the next 10 years? Who will you be then?

You will not be the same person you are today, that's for sure. And that's great because - you'll be even better. Progress is impossible without change. Yesterday was not the same as today. Therefore you are not the same person you were yesterday. And tomorrow you will not be the same as today. It's not a big change but the shades of difference do exist.

Time is a very powerful force we are not aware of. In conjunction with challenges and life experiences, it transforms our beliefs, values, character and ultimately identity. Because of the change we all grow up as individuals and ultimately as souls. Time changes everything except the fact that we are always surprised by change. And the only thing that's constant in our life is change. So do not be afraid of the changes. Try to embrace it. Eventually it will get all the best out of you.

And that is, I believe, what you want. To be the best version of yourself.

To be what you truly are.
